just settling in and it's 2am wednesday. there are lots of pilipinos here. more when I get a real internet connection (maybe). i'm already stressed out.

i forgot how much i enjoy cooking for others.
this one doesn't have a name, and i thought we were going to make pasta (like this). instead we simmered chicken in it.
fire-roasted tomato
red pepper
onion
mushroom
garlic
fresh basil
whatever red wine we were drinking
salt/pepper
finished with parmesan
